With its strong belief in the overall and holistic development of the child, little ONE THE JAIPURIA PRESCHOOL continues to instill values through real gatherings. One such ceremonial occasion was on November 18, 2022, Friday, in which grandparents witnessed Celebration of Grandparents Day in the school campus.
The day was filled with oodles of blessings, happy faces, excitement and cheer as the little stars displayed their love and affection for their grandparents. Tiny tots had participated in multifarious cultural programme to welcome their dada, dadis and nana, nanis. The chief guest of the day, Dr. Anil Kumar Mehrotra a renowned oral cancer specialist and a doting grandfather addressed the audience and asserted the importance of having elderly people around us. The event beheld the gracious presence of the Headmistress of the school, Ms. Pooja Sahni. The event started with the choir followed by old is gold medley. It was a sight to behold as the tiny tots were seen tapping their feet portraying their love and dedication. The exemplary performance of the students on various retro songs tied the entire show and left everyone spellbound with cheerful faces. The event was characterised by the sweet and savory relationship between the two wherein the duo danced together with hands held together portraying their fondness and affection for each other. The children were very excited to showcase their love for their grandparents and this was evident on their faces while they were performing. It was a moment of elation to see the happiness ushering on the faces of all the grandparents who made the most of this wonderful day with happiness. The Headmistress addressed the audience and proclaimed the importance of having their presence. The immense support and love received from the parents and grandparents even in today’s times has helped the school move headway focusing on all the scholastic and co-scholastic areas without facing any hindrance in the student’s learning. The event culminated with a vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.
