Diwali celebrates the victory of Good over Evil and Light over Darkness. It is the festival of lights – light that empowers us to commit ourselves to good deeds and brings us closer to divinity. This festival has a major religious significance for people not only in India, but also for Indian communities around the world. This ‘Festival of Sweets & Gifts’ gives us an occasion to gift something special to our loved ones. Diwali is certainly the biggest and the brightest of all Indian festivals. It is one of the greatest celebrations of the year.

This year little ONE The Jaipuria Preschool organized a grand ‘Diwali Fete’ on Saturday, 21 October 2022. Students, their parents, friends and relatives were invited to make this occasion more sparkling and exciting. There were colorful stalls, decorations and enthusiastic visitors who participated whole-heartedly in this event.

The game stalls put up the teachers like Tail Lord Hanuman, Pick ‘n’ Drop, Ball the Bucket, Hungry Kumbhkaran, Ring the Toss, Pick ‘n’ Win, etc.

Adding more happiness to the faces of the kids, different kinds of swings were also put up like bouncy, bungee jumping, etc.

Eatables were relished by one and all. Diwali decoratives were the highlight of the fete. The fete depicted the vibrance of this festival.
